Cavaliers rout Celtics in a 130 – 86 conference final victory bringing series to 2 – 0

Thanks to a 30 point contribution coupled with 7 assists and 4 rebounds from Lebron James, The Cavs were able to make history last night with a devastating 130 – 86 victory in Boston. 130 is the most points scored by Clevelands franchise in the playoffs. Cavs outscored the Celtics 40 – 13 in the second quarter alone holding a 72 – 31 lead at half time.

Despite resting along side the rest of Cleveland’s starters for the entirety of the fourth quarter, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving were able to put up 21 and 23 respectively. Love managed a double-double with 12 rebounds.

Celtics played the second half with out their star player, Isiah Thomas who left the game early due to a hip strain. Thomas finished the game with a pair of free throws after going 0 of 6 from the field. Finishing second seed in the east, Cleveland looks to finish the series at home.
